Once again, the American site “Buzfeed” revealed that the Saudi-led coalition, backed by the US, , specifically the UAE, used US fighters, who received specialized training by the US military, to carry out assassinations in Yemen.
The site said in a report published on Monday that the assassinations carried out in Yemen reached prominent clerics and Islamic political figures.
It pointed out that among the targeted victimes was Ansaf Ali Mohamed Mayo, the local leader of the Islah political party.
The report said the company that hired the soldiers and carried out the attack was Operation Spear Group, founded in Delaware by Abraham Golan, an Israeli-Hungarian security contractor who lives outside Pittsburgh and he is the one who carried out the assissantionas of Mayo.
“There was an assassination program in Yemen, which I supervised and carried out at the request of the UAE within the coalition,” Gulan said.

The website noted that Gulan said his team was responsible for a number of prominent assassinations in the Yemen war but declined to disclose the list of assassinations. Despite the coalition claims that it is bombing the positions of the Ansarullah fighters, Saudi bombers are flattening residential areas and civilian infrastructures.
More than 2,200 others have died of cholera, and the crisis has triggered what the United Nations has described as the world’s worst humanitarian disaster.
However, Saudi Arabia relies heavily on the US in its brutal war on Yemen. Washington has deployed a commando force on the Arab kingdom’s border with Yemen to help destroy arms belonging to Yemen’s popular Houthi Ansarullah movement. Washington has also provided logistical support and aerial refueling.
