Officials Discuss Support Difficult Health Situation

Minister of Health Taha al-Mutawakil discussed on Wednesday with the director of the Office of ZOA International Organization in Yemen to discuss backing the difficult health conditions caused by Saudi-led coalition.

At the meeting, al-Mutawakil stressed the importance of increasing support provided by the organization and expanding its activities the health sector.

The minister praised the organization’s efforts to support the humanitarian situation, especially internally displaced people, stressing the ministry’s readiness to facilitate and overcome all difficulties facing its work.

Yemen’s humanitarian crisis is the most important story in the world, but because its victims are poor and practically invisible to the rest of the world their stories are mostly unheard and then ignored even when they are told.
