At least eight people sustained critical injuries on Friday when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition launched an airstrike on Hajjah province, a security official reported.
The air raid targeted a car in Makhafi area of Mostaba district, the official added.
The war in Yemen has been going on for nearly four years and has led to catastrophic humanitarian consequences.
The Saudi-led coalition began on March 26 of 2014 in an attempt to reinstall a Saudi-friendly president named Abdurabbuh Mansour Hadi after a successful revolution that led to his downfall.
