Health Office in Sana’a Receives Medical Supplies from WHO

The Public Health and Population Office of Sana’a province has received medical equipment and supplies from the World Health Organization (WHO) allocated for a number of hospitals in the province.
The equipment includes industrial anesthesia and respiration devices, monitoring of indicators, ECGs, examination beds, operation tables, and various supplies provided to the 26 September, Matna, Omra Erhab, Saffan and Sanhan Hospitals.
Director of the Health Office in the province, Dr. Khalid Al-Montaser said that these equipment comes within the framework of the Ministry’s orientation to provide hospitals with the necessary equipment to activate emergency and intensive care’s tasks.
In Yemen, each day, hour and minute has not passed but carried new pains and suffering for patients and children as a result of the siege imposed by the brutal coalition on Yemen for nearly four years, every day more patients lose their life.
Only an end to the war can bring lasting relief to the children of Yemen. But until then, the international community must continue to put pressure on all sides to urgently address the humanitarian crisis.
