Saudi New Ambassador Appointed to US As “Step of Modernity”: Al Houthi

The head of the Supreme Revolutionary Committee Mohammad Ali al-Houthi describes appointment of new Saudi female ambassador to Washington as “a step of modernity”.

Al-Houthi said that the “modernity” also means stopping the wars and releasing of Saudis female detainees so that new female ambassador don’t stumble before media channels.

“Appointment of the female ambassador by Saudi authorities to Washington “will not delay Congress’s decision to prohibit weapons,” al-Houthi added.

As well as the head of the Supreme Revolutionary Committee, Mohamed al-Houthi, confirmed the UN envoy Martin Griffith hints, that he is under pressure from the aggression countries led by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Adding that aggression countries seek to ” deviate the peace process and legitimize its war as they continue to prevent the distribution of aid from the Red Sea mills in Hodeidah.”

He added that coalition and its allies are also exerting pressure on the Special Envoy of Yemen to adopt allegations aimed at legitimizing the continuation of aggression”.

Al-Houthi renewed theat the UN envoy to Yemen, Martin Griffith expressed his dissatisfaction with the pressures exerted by the aggression countries on him, and confirmed his rejection to these pressures, in an interview with the Saudi Arabia channel “Arabia”.

“I say to those who expect me to blame any party, you have to know that I will stay as I am and will not blame anyone, it is not my business to blame, but to defuse the crisis.”
