Sayyed Al-Houthi informs UN envoy of necessary steps

The leader of the revolution and the leader of “Ansar Allah”, Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, informed the special envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations to Yemen, Martin Griffith, of the steps urgently needed to implement, in addition to the agreement of Sweden.

During a meeting on Sunday, Sayyed Abdulmalek Al-Houthi discussed with the UN envoy the latest developments regarding the course of the Swedish agreement, especially in Hodeidah and the obstacles that the other party is creating to prevent progress and implementation.

Sayyed Al-Houthi reiterated in the meeting the importance of completing steps in the file of prisoners, especially with the advent of the holy month of Ramadan, because this humanitarian issue has become forgotten by the coalition of aggression and its mercenaries.

Sayyed Al-Houthi stressed the importance of facilitating the return of the body of Interior Minister Major General Abdul Hakim Maori to Sanaa as a purely humanitarian issue.

Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi stressed in his meeting with the UN envoy the importance of moving the economic file, which is hindered by the countries of aggression and working to speed up finding a solution to salaries of state employees and neutralizing the economic file.

Al-Houthi and Griffith also discussed a number of issues related to the humanitarian situation and the suffering of the Yemeni people due to many arbitrary measures practiced by Saudi Arabia and the UAE under international cover from America and Britain.

The meeting also tackled a number of negative positions of the other party and their failure to fulfill the obligations agreed upon and created pretexts and justifications to obstruct the implementation of the agreement, and dealt with a A number of ideas and issues that may contribute to moving the agreement.
