Fabricating crises is a method used by the Saudi-led coalition and its mercenaries to put pressure on civilians. The siege imposed on the city and the control of people’s livelihood have made famine very widespread among the population, especially the majority of children.

Khawla, the slender body that fights death, is a testament to the brutality of the siege and the death of the international conscience, which is silent on many of these situations.

Awsan Al-Absi, a nutritionist at the General Revolution Hospital, said: “The condition of this child has been exacerbated by the inability of parents to rescue this case on time due to the siege on Hodeidah.”

The Yemeni Petroleum Company confirmed the continuation of the aggression in piracy of oil vessels arriving at Hodeidah port and taking them to unknown areas for periods of more than two months despite being subjected to the UN inspection mechanism in Djibouti, and obtaining the necessary licenses to dock at the port.

“The aggression is deliberately besieging Yemeni People. We have been waiting for the ship for 45 days, the situation is critical,” the general manager of the petroleum company branch in Hodeidah said. :

There have been many attempts by the leadership of the province to alleviate the burden of the siege imposed on the city for more than four years, while the US-backed coalition seeks to create new crises that increase civilians’ suffering. The diplomatic efforts of the Yemeni Foreign Ministry in cooperation with the United Nations organizations to release the vessels are deemed inadequate in light of the continued aggression and siege.
