President congratulates Yemeni people, Islamic nation on advent of Ramadan

President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, congratulated on Friday evening the great Yemeni people at home and abroad, the heroes of the army and popular committees, the brave security men, and the sons of the Arab and Islamic nation on the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan.

President Al-Mashat pointed out that one of the most important things to take care of in the month of Ramadan is sympathy, and care for the poor, and the needy.

He stressed that the unjust siege imposed on Yemen under the supervision of the US and Britain was and still is the main cause of the unprecedented suffering experienced by the Yemeni people.
