4

On Friday, Hezbollah’s military media unveiled a video documenting its November 13, 2024, attack on the Israeli Kirya base in central Tel Aviv, a critical military and administrative hub housing Israel’s Ministry of Defense, General Staff, War Room, and the Air Force’s War Control and Monitoring Unit.

The footage showcased the use of a swarm of advanced one-way drones, notably different in size and type from Hezbollah’s usual arsenal. The video included clips from Israeli settlers’ cameras capturing the drones as they approached their target, providing a rare glimpse of the operation from multiple perspectives.

Additionally, the 1-minute-18-second video highlighted Hezbollah fighters preparing and launching the Qader 2 ballistic missile at the base. The impact of the missile was also recorded by settlers, further validating the strike.

In a separate 2.5-minute video, Hezbollah detailed the Kirya base’s layout, including its key facilities, offices, helipad, and parking areas. The presentation underscored the strategic importance of the site and the precision of Hezbollah’s targeting.

The operation marks a significant escalation in the conflict, demonstrating Hezbollah’s capability to strike deep into Israeli territory and target high-value sites in response to ongoing hostilities.
