Iraqi Resistance Conducts Five Drone Strikes on Strategic Israeli Targets

3

On Saturday, the Iraqi Islamic Resistance announced it had carried out five drone strikes targeting strategic locations within the occupied territories. The group stated the operations were conducted in solidarity with the Palestinian and Lebanese people amid ongoing Israeli actions.

The first two strikes hit a “vital facility” in the occupied city of Umm al-Rashrash, known internationally as Eilat, during the early hours of the morning. These strikes, executed using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), marked the beginning of a series of operations.

Later in the day, the Resistance launched three additional drone attacks. One targeted a military site in the northern occupied territories, while the remaining two struck military objectives in the southern region.

In its statement, the group emphasized that the strikes were a direct response to recent Israeli actions resulting in significant civilian casualties, including women and children, in Palestine and Lebanon. It reiterated its commitment to resisting occupation and vowed to escalate operations against enemy positions, declaring that such strikes would become “increasingly frequent.”
