“Israeli Bombing Continues in Gaza: Martyrs and Injuries Reported Across Several Areas”
Israeli forces carried out intense bombings across the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, resulting in multiple casualties, including martyrs and injured civilians. The attacks targeted residential areas, intensifying the humanitarian crisis in the already devastated region.
According to the Wafa News Agency, an airstrike on a home in the New Camp area, northwest of Nuseirat in central Gaza, caused significant casualties. Meanwhile, artillery shelling in the southern part of the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood in Gaza City also led to the death and injury of several Palestinians. The precise number of victims remains unclear as rescue efforts continue amidst the relentless bombardment.
This comes as the Palestinian Ministry of Health reported on Monday that the overall death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression, now in its 410th day, has reached a staggering 43,922 martyrs, with 103,898 individuals injured. These figures include a high proportion of women and children, highlighting the civilian toll of the conflict.
The situation in Gaza remains dire, with humanitarian organizations warning of catastrophic consequences as airstrikes persist and medical services struggle to cope with the overwhelming number of casualties.
