Over 30 Palestinians Killed in 24 Hours as Gaza Death Toll Surpasses 45,500
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported on Sunday that the Israeli military has committed three massacres in the past 24 hours, killing over 30 Palestinians and injuring 99 others. This brings the total death toll since October 7, 2023, to 45,514, with 108,189 injured.
In its daily report, the ministry described the situation as a “war of extermination,” noting that the toll continues to rise as many victims remain trapped under rubble or in inaccessible areas. Ambulance and civil defense teams are unable to reach these individuals due to relentless bombardments and destroyed infrastructure.
Hospitals in Gaza, overwhelmed and under-resourced, are struggling to manage the influx of casualties. The ongoing violence has decimated entire families, further deepening the humanitarian crisis in the region.
The international community faces mounting pressure to address the escalating conflict and the devastating impact on civilians, as calls for an immediate ceasefire grow louder.
