Foreign Ministry Condemns Zionist Bombing of Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital In Gaza Strip

The Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has strongly condemned the Israeli bombing of Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in the Gaza Strip, calling it a horrific crime and a continuation of the ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people.

In an official statement, the ministry denounced the Israeli enemy’s daily war crimes and acts of genocide, including the latest attack on the hospital in central Gaza.

The ministry cited that the aggression has resulted in the deaths of over 50,000 Palestinians and injuries to more than 116,000 others, the majority of whom are women and children.
“The disgraceful silence of the international community has encouraged the usurping Zionist entity to resume its aggression against the Palestinian people, insult human values, and openly disregard international law,” the statement read.

The Ministry called on the international community and the UN Security Council to condemn this heinous crime and to compel the usurping Zionist entity to end its aggression and the imposed blockade on Gaza.

The ministry also called on Arab and Islamic nations to go beyond verbal condemnation and take concrete steps to pressure “Israel” into halting its assault and blockade of Gaza.

Furthermore, the statement held the US administration responsible as a partner in Israel’s crimes, due to its political and military support.

The ministry affirmed Yemen’s solidarity—at the level of leadership, government, and people—with the Palestinian people in confronting the Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip
