More than 65 Daesh terrorists killed in past 24 hours: monitor

More than 65 Daesh terrorists have been killed in Syria over the last 24 hours, the pro-opposition Syrian Observatory for Human Rights claimed this afternoon.

Of the 65 ISIL terrorists killed in Syria, 30 were killed in Al-Sukhnah, 18 were killed in east Al-Raqqa, and 16 were killed in east Hama, according to the SOHR.

SOHR claims more than half of this death toll came as a result of Russian and Syrian air raids that targeted Daesh’s positions.

A military source in Palmyra reported on Sunday that the death toll in Al-Sukhnah is over 40, with at least 20 terrorists killed today alone.
