Eighteen ballistic missiles hit the King Khaled Air Base in Khamis Mushayt, Asir.
They have been targeted with various missile systems:

The first system was Scud ;the base was bombed by two missiles of the first model on July 6, 2015, and the second on October 15 of the same year.

The second system was Alqaher 1 ;the base was bombed by 11 rockets of this type 2 of them in 2015, and 9 in 2016.

The third system is 2M ;the base was bombed by four missiles of this model, all in 2017.

At the end of July 2016, the base was targeted by an undisclosed medium-range ballistic missile, and it is the first rank of Saudi bases targeted in the past months.
