Intra-Syrian Talks Scheduled to Be Held in Mid-May

The next round of the intra-Syrian talks is planned to take place in mid-May, a source close to the talks reported.

“The next round is likely to be held after the Astana meeting which will be held in early May,” the source said adding that mid-May was the most possible time.

“These issues will be discussed in Astana,” he said in reference to problems on the ground in Syria.

The next meetings will be held on May 3-4 in Kazakhstan’s capital city of Astana.
