Houthi Criticizes Bias of the Security Council,and Former UN Envoy

President of Yemen’s Supreme Revolutionary Committee Mohammad Ali al-Houthi in a fierce attack on the United States of America, on Wednesday morning, following statements by US civilian and military officials followed by a failure to pass a US draft resolution on Yemen in the UN Security Council.

“The American statements on the Yemeni file bear many inaccuracies,” Houthi said in a statement published on his official Twitter account.

“The American administration has to accept to appear before the International Criminal Court and an independent and impartial commission of inquiry into the alleged violations,” in order to know who kills civilians and commits daily crimes in Yemen.

The head of the Revolutionary Supreme Yemeni possession of what he described many of the audiovisual evidence that the United States and Saudi Arabia and the coalition countries committed thousands of deliberate crimes against civilians in Yemen.

In two other tweets, al-Houthi pointed out that most UN Security Council resolutions are devoted to violence or terrorism, and that the Council or one of its veto-wielding members has always been part of any aggression, considering that the United Nations was not at the level of the humanitarian challenge in Yemen Aggression and siege.

“What we did not see in the Security Council is that it stands by the issues of peoples, indifference to their human suffering, or the interest in developing an executive program to stop the domination by military force, because it is always either part of the aggression or one of its members of the veto power, Devote or initiate violence and terrorism. ”

“The nightmare of the United Nations was the failer of Ould Sheikh after he committed great sins, the last of which was to seek to give up Yemen’s aggression, as is clear in his plan,” he said.

He concluded by saying “To Ould Sheikh who promised in his briefing that he will follow the Yemeni file,its enough to what the Yemeni people suffered from you.”
