The German capital city of Berlin witnessed a demonstration on the first Saturday of April 2017 to mark the second anniversary of Yemeni steadfastness confronting the Saudi-led war.
Participants varied among members of the Yemeni community and protesters from several nationalities condemning the ongoing Saudi war and accusing it of committing war crimes against the people of Yemen.
The demonstration was followed by a silent march in front of the US Embassy. Afterwards, they expressed their disappointment through making “a funeral for the conscience of the United Nations”, with the presenting of some paintings and drawings in solidarity with the Yemeni people.
