The Yemeni joint forces keep escalating their military operations , especially with the fourth year of the Saudi-led coalition and the assissanation of their president .

They ,Monday ,fired four Zelzal-1 ballistic missile on Saudi-led coalition gatherings in Marib province, a military official told YemenExtra.

The missiles, it confirmed, hit their target, causing heavy losses amid the paid fighters’ ranks.

The official spokesman of the Yemeni jointforces said that the Yemeni joint forces have the full right to use various means to defend Yemen against the Saudi-ledcoalition.

These strikes come within the framework of the Yemeni response to the assassination of their President.

Saleh Ali Al-Sammad, the fugitive former president of Yemeni Supreme Political Council, was assassinated on Thursday, April 19, 2018, by Saudi-led coalition’s airstrikes in the western port city of Hodaida.

Threatening the coalition Sayyad Abdulmalik Badralddin AL-Houthi said that assassination of the president will be responded.

Furthermore ,the United States of America was behind the assassination of the former president Saleh Al-Sammad in the western port city of Hodaida, commander of Yemeni air force confirmed.

In a statement to Al-Masirah TV, Major General Ibrahim Al-Shami revealed that the aircraft that carried out the assassination operation was a US drone of MQ-9 type.

Two airstrikes of Saudi-led coalition jets on the presidential office in the capital Sanaa on Monday targeted a meeting of civil leaders in the state, which was scheduled to be held in the office. The civil leaders, including ministers in the government and governor of the capital Hamod Obad, were not hurt in the air bombing, while some of their escorts were moderately injured.

Notably, the  two airstrikes on the presidential office hit the densely populated district of Tahrir in the capital, killing and wounding around 66 civilians, in an initial toll.

The jets , in addition, Launched 60 raids on the eve of the day in different Yemeni provinces , causing huge losses in lives and properities.

The Republican Educational Hospital in the capital Sanaa , for its part, launched a distress call to donate blood to save the injured from the two air raids launched by thecoalition on the Presidency Office of Republic.

In March 2015, Saudi Arabia and a coalition of its regional allies — mainly the united Arab Emirates and Jordan — started  a war against Yemen with the declared aim of crushing the Houthi Ansarullah movement, who had taken over from the staunch Riyadh ally and fugitive former president Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi, while also seeking to secure the Saudi border with its southern neighbor. Three years and over 600,000 dead and injured Yemeni people later, the war has yielded little to that effect.
