President al-Mashat meets Hodeidah truce committee members

President of the Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat on Sunday met in the capital Sanaa with members of the truce committee in Hodeidah province.

In presence of Speaker of the Parliament Yahay al-Ra’i, Mayor of the capital Hamoud Obad and Deputy Foreign Minister Hussein al-Ezzi, the meeting discussed the most recent developments in Hodeidah in light of the continual violations of the ceasefire by the Saudi-led coalition forces.

The meeting also touched on the obstacles hindering the implementation of Sweden agreement, including the bias of head of the UN monitoring committee General Patrick Cammirate and the intransigence of the US-backed coalition forces which did not commit to what was agreed upon despite the initiative of the national team to implement some points of the agreement unilaterally.
