Yemeni official announces about effective offensives on Saudi depth amid constant Yemeni disaster

Yemeni drone attacks over and aover have proven an effective response to the years-long deadly war waged by the Saudi-led coalition, backed by the US, against their country.
The spokesman of the Yemeni army forces said that Air Forces launched tow air operations with Qasif 2K drones on important military sites in Abha and Jizan Airports, hitting targets, resulting in halting all air traffic in both airports.
“Our military operations will continue to target the Saudi airports which are used for military purposes. Our military defense capabilities make us more capable of confronting the alliance of aggression and carrying out qualitative military operations,” the spokesman, added.
He called on civilians to stay away from targeted areas for their safety.
During the attacks on Thursday night, drones operated by the Yemenis targeted aircraft hangars and other military positions inside the airports, which have become a regular target for Yemen’s retaliatory attacks.
Air traffic watch centers said that a flight changed its distention to Jeddah Airport from Riyadh airport. The offensive delayed 4 flights from Al-Dammam, Riyadh and Jeddah from getting to Abha and Jizan airports.
Saudi media only confirmed the attacks on Jizan airport and quoted military commanders as saying that the drones had been intercepted without elaborating.
Yemeni forces say they have put together a list of more than 300 vital targets across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Yemeni and will target them with their drones should the Saudi-led coalition go on.
In March 2015, the US -backed –Saudi-led coalition started a war against Yemen with the declared aim of crushing the Houthi Ansarullah movement, who had taken over from the staunch Riyadh ally and fugitive former president Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi, while also seeking to secure the Saudi border with its southern neighbor. Three years and over 600,000 dead and injured Yemeni people and prevented the patients from travelling abroad for treatment and blocked the entry of medicine into the war-torn country, the war has yielded little to that effect.
Despite the coalition claims that it is bombing the positions of the Ansarullah fighters, Saudi bombers are flattening residential areas and civilian infrastructures.
More than 2,200 others have died of cholera, and the crisis has triggered what the United Nations has described as the world’s worst humanitarian disaster.
