Russia comprehends our vision more than ever: Abdulsalam

Head and spokesman of the national negotiating delegation, Mohammed Abdulsalam, said on Wednesday that Russia understands the Yemeni national leadership’s vision better than ever.

“There is an understanding of our vision that is adherence to confronting the aggression under the authority of the Supreme Political Council and the National Salvation Government,” said Abdulsalam in a statement.

Abdulsalam also mentioned that the delegation discussed during a meeting with the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister in Moscow the issues related to the Yemeni policy and the United Nations efforts and the steps that have been taken by the national delegation in the implementation of Sweden Agreement.

Asked on allegations about Ansaruallah’s refusal to hand over the body of former president Ali Saleh, Abdulsalam stated that Saleh was buried in a well-known cemetery in the presence of some of his sons.
