Sana’a declared the capturing of dozens of underage soldiers fighting along with the Saudi-UAE forces.

“We have dozens of children who have been captured on the frontlines fighting with Saudi forces,” said Abdul Qader Al-Mortada, head of the Prisoners’ Affairs Committee in Sanaa.

Al-Mortada said in a tweet on Wednesday night that the Prisoners’ Affairs Committee informed the International Committee of the Red Cross and UNICEF and the victims were visited by these organizations.

“Are we going to hear international condemnation toward the Saudi-led coalition’s crimes against child recruitment?” he added.

It is worth mentioning that one of the most prominent allegations of the coalition countries and their media are child recruitment claims against the Yemeni Army and Popular Committees.

It is worth mentioning that the Defense Ministry in Sana’a has stipulated 18 years as the accepted age of recruitment.
