Aden: Tension around the Local Authority Building in AL-Moala’a

The perimeter of the building of the local authority in the directorate of AL-Moala’a in the city of Aden witnessed tension, this morning, as a result of  the deployment of elements of the presidential protection forces, loyal to the illegal President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi, around the building.

There were stories about the reasons which led to the tension, whereas  sources close to the illegal Prime Minister Ahmed Obeid bin Dagher and Aden Governor Abdul Aziz al-Muflehi denied that the forces accompanying them would storm the building and control it, pointing out that it was only charged with protecting the convoy figures who were given care to open a mural on the governorate building , and confirming its withdraw after the event .

According to other sources, the presidential protection forces deployed around the headquarters of the illegal governor of Aden without prior coordination with the forces assigned to protect him.

The sources pointed out that the presidential protection forces withdrew later from the vicinity of the headquarters to defuse the tension.

A third story said that the forces accompanying Bin Dager and  Muflahi had already planned to break into the building and control it, but they  preferred to withdraw after being surrounded by Zubaidi forces, saying it was about to launch a mural, which  Zubaidi had opened it himself eight months ago, according to the story’s tellers.
